I have 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Client Relations, and I am now offering my administrative services as a Copywriter & Virtual Assistant.

Originally from Southern California, I received an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences before making a big move to East Texas in 2018. Shortly after moving I starting working as the New Patient Coordinator for a local Chiropractor. The main emphasis of my role was in Client Relations --  scheduling new patients, converting leads to customers, client retention, and working directly with our external marketing teams on social media ad campaigns and strategies for the office. This is where my passion for social media marketing started!

I officially started my own career in Social Media in 2020 when I was hired to be a Social Media Manager & Content Creator for a local, growing roofing company, as well as their sister roofing company and eventually their new Solar business.

The start of 2021 came with another big move -- this time to Boise, Idaho when my partner, who worked for the same roofing company, opened up a new branch for them and I started working remotely doing social media for all 3 of their companies.

​

Now it's 2024 and we're still up here in Idaho with our 2 dogs and we're lovin' it! I officially launched Kouba Social Co. at the beginning of 2023 and have continued working as a social media manager, content creator and client relations specialist for various clients, new and old.
