Hi, I’m Allison Kouba, the founder of Kouba Social Co. I’ve been working in digital marketing for 5+ years and launched my own business at the start of 2023. For the past three years, I’ve run Kouba Social Co. independently, partnering with businesses that want an organic approach to social media that supports real growth and long-term goals.

One of the things I value most about my work is the opportunity to collaborate across a wide range of industries. I currently work with realtors, mortgage brokers, storage, logistics and trucking companies, and several local restaurants. In the past, I’ve also partnered with roofing companies, pest control businesses, counselors, and holistic wellness providers. No industry feels off-limits to me. I enjoy diving in, learning the details, and creating strategies that make sense for each business and its audience.

I’m originally from Southern California, spent a chapter in East Texas where I started this career path, and eventually found my home in Boise, Idaho. Living and working here has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with local business owners and be part of a community that is growing in exciting ways. I love supporting clients who are passionate about what they do and want to grow thoughtfully in a city full of opportunity.

My goal is to continue growing alongside my clients by refining my skills, expanding my experience, and connecting with new businesses who are ready to invest in their online presence. I believe the best work happens when there is mutual trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to growth.

Outside of work, I slow things down. I love reading, spending time outdoors, being on the water, camping, and taking care of my plants. Most days are shared with my partner, Chad, and our two dogs, whether that means getting outside or enjoying a quiet day at home.
